This hormone can be detected by specialized tests with urine or blood samples. Urine tests are more effective in detecting the hormones. Earliest pregnancy test can be done on the sixth day. People who test negative will have to wait for the next cycle before taking the test again. It effectively means that pregnancy can be more or less determined during this cycle. Blood tests are also effective in this cycle as the body would have enough absorbed concentration levels of HCG hormones.
